and assist in driving customer loyalty.

Travel: up to 25% travel across Canada and United States as required
Product Manager I
As the Product Manager you will be responsible for driving the success of products in your portfolio from ideation to launch and beyond, by effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and aligning product development with business goals and customer needs.
Location: Hybrid, Markham, ON
Travel: Ability to travel up to 20%. Required to travel freely across North America.

Strategic Accounts Director
The Strategic Accounts Director is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets within the company’s largest & most strategic accounts.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of sales representatives, developing and managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets.
Travel: up to 60% across USA and Canada to customer sites and/or Constellation offices

Initiative Manager
We are looking to add to our team to support our rapidly growing Initiatives.
This is a terrific role that provides customer interaction, exposure to business problem-solving and product innovation while operating in an Entrepreneurial mindset using “Lean Startup” processes.

The Initiatives Manager will manage selected growth initiative projects from conception to commercialization. You will be instrumental in coordinating resources, evaluating outcomes, and presenting evaluations of a project’s forecasted results. You will oversee projects to ensure the financial investment obtains the established IRR when the initiative is successful and minimizes investments when the initiative is not viable.

Human Resources Director
This role will lead the Human Resources (HR) function for the Dealer Portfolio of Perseus. This HR Director (HRD) will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with the Dealer Portfolio’s mission and goals.
The HRD will collaborate with the Corporate HR Team to understand and apply corporate policies and practices, tailoring them to meet the needs of the Dealer Portfolio. They will anticipate HR implications of business initiatives, providing strategic advice and help ensure successful execution while maintaining alignment with corporate objectives.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong judgment and flexibility. They will mentor other HR team members within the Dealer Portfolio and serve as the first point of escalation for HR-related issues.
